Studying in the Middle East exposes you to Israel’s financial capital, a world of innovative executives and pioneering companies.

English courses are taught by Israel’s leading business and academic professionals. Hebrew classes are also included to ensure social comfort and immersion.

Students take core courses plus two electives from the TAU study abroad brochure. Compulsory courses are:

  • Entrepreneurship from A-Z
  • Innovation- Theory and Practice
  • Project Team Management

There is a Business Ethics course that is recommended from the study abroad catalog.

Aside from the classes you will also visit and tour Israel’s companies and Startups on field trips. You will have the option to go on an Internship placement which can replace one class of the program.

The program is only being offered during Spring Semester, dates are from mid-January to late May.

Study abroad programs are open to undergrad students enrolled at accredited higher institutions outside of Israel. A minimum GPA of 80 and 3.0 applies.

Students are required to take an intensive Ulpan course for Hebrew proficiency. Proof of Hebrew proficiency can exempt you from taking the Ulpan.

Applications are submitted online. A complete application refers to the submission of all required documents as an attachment to the online application.

Entrepreneurship Training – Joseph Business School

JBS offers entrepreneurial training from a Christian worldview. They teach how to do business God’s way.

The Business and Entrepreneurship Program has a hands-on program that enables students to gain skills and mindsets to operate their own business and be leaders.

The curriculum integrates both biblical principles and practical business to equip learners to build a business plan and launch their business while taking the classes.

A certificate of completion will be given to the student at the end of the program.

The program is designed to promote a spiritual mindset for profitability, stewardship, and big thinking.

The approach of combining prayer, business concepts, and biblical values ensures that students are equipped to start and run their business using kingdom principles to drive growth and profitability.

The school provides an advisor to help guide students towards successful completion of the course.

The online program is synchronized, but students are expected to log into the program at least 1 day per week. Assignments are expected to be completed and submitted according to the term schedule.

You can access your courses at any time, giving you the chance to study and complete assignments at your own pace. You will have scheduled live meetings with instructors via a meeting website called WebEx.

All students should have completed 12th-grade high school or its equivalent. It is recommended to have basic computer skills when applying for the course.

  • Mac users will need Microsoft Office Suite for Mac

You will be given a login to D2L(Desire 2 Learn) once you are accepted into the program.

You can communicate with professors via phone or email. Live classes and video conferencing are also included.

Applicants who are at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED are welcome to apply by:

  • Completing an application form
  • Submitting letter of recommendation
  • Paying $25 fee for application
  • Submit Student Readiness Assessment

An interview may be required for admission while entrance exams are not a requirement.
